Oil Prices - What's Next

oil iran
Oil prices benefited Monday from China’s expanded push for growth. However, Tuesday brought China trade data that presented more of the same old sad message. Though, bad news is expected at this point, and so market-moving surprises from China may be limited to the upside. Ahead of the open of trading at least that seemed to be the case, but as the day got started, oil started to give way. China’s National People’s Congress (NPC) will likely be the gift that keeps on giving this week, with meetings and speakers scheduled, but more data is due as well. Perhaps a retest is in order for oil and the markets, but I expect both to bounce higher given the ECB is set to ease and the Fed to pause this week and next. In other words, buy the dips with discretion. See the full report on what to expect for oil prices now here.
