The Gre-fix is Dead but There is Fed, Iran & China Trouble Ahead
Finally this week we can start looking past Greece! It appears the prefix “Gre” will never be used again, save for this one last usage: The Grefix is dead! So for the start of this week, as I indicated last Friday morning, it is rally time. But the rally should not run far before finding a near-term stumbling block provided by collapsing oil prices and a medium-term ceiling provided by the U.S. Federal Reserve’s plans. Economic data from China also portends a renewal of trouble for the sector shares and the shares of relative U.S. firms. Enjoy the rally as we get Greece off our collective and exhausted minds, but prepare for trouble ahead as we figure out where this market is headed. See the full report on the stock market after the Greece fix.
