Bush Blames the Democrats for Oil

In the video below, President Bush blames the Democrats for expensive oil, saying if only they had listened to him and allowed offshore drilling... He went on about how they were obstructing everything good in the world... Darn Democrats! Come on Prez, are you kidding me? Even "The Greek" thinks this is excessive... I mean how stupid does Bush think we are? Everybody knows Ron Paul and the Martian Empire are to blame. If you don't see the video below, visit our stock news website.

Drilling in ANWR is only a temporary fix. The U.S. needs to be independent of the Middle East for National Security issues. We need to be energy independent. Nuclear Power is the only way to do this. We need to have the next great Public Works project of the 2000's where the government spends significant monies building this much needed infrastructure into our country. Where you ask? Right where the manufacturing in this country used to be. The Rust Belt. Right where GM and Ford will continue to shut down plants. If the U.S. were able to run all their residential, commercial and industrial power needs off of nuclear power alone, oil would only be needed for cars, trucks, planes, and shipping. Oil would drop back to $40 a barrel on an announcement of an initiative like this. NOT that we are going to open up Alaska to drilling. VERY SHORT-SIGHTED....but what else can you expect from this cowboy? And yes, I am a Republican and I was fooled into voting for him twice. Full Disclosure. My bad. Registering as an Independent now because of him.
