Real Estate - Why Existing Home Sales Slip Doesn't Faze Me

The Existing Home Sales Report for the month of November offered a result that was far short of economists’ expectations. Sales activity appeared to show a severe setback for housing. However, there were good reasons for investors to be unfazed by the misleading news. One of those reasons was anomalous and was noted in the report.
