Mindray Medical
Mindray Medical (NYSE: MR) upgraded today to OUTPERFORM from Perform by Oppenheimer. MR shares were up more than 10% at publishing here on near 3 times average volume. The company also reported earnings this morning, noting exceptional revenue growth. The stock is at the center of its 52-week range.
Quicksilver Resources
Quicksilver Resources (NYSE: KWK) was upgraded today to BUY from Neutral by Global Hunter Securities. KWK shares were nearing average volume today, while up 1.5%. The stock is closer to the top of its 52-week range.
Rosetta Resources
Rosetta Resources (Nasdaq: ROSE) was upgraded today to BUY from Hold by Wunderlich. The stock is down 1.9%, after leading market gainers yesterday. The shares set their 52-week high yesterday, and were trading at slightly higher volume than average today, with several hours to go.
Viacom

GenOn Energy
GenOn Energy (NYSE: GEN) shares were downgraded to HOLD from Buy by Dahlman Rose. The stock was down about a half of a percentage point on less than average volume. GEN is trading closer to its 52-week low.
NN Inc.
NN Inc. (Nasdaq: NNBR) was downgraded to HOLD from Buy at KeyBanc Capital Markets. NNBR shares were down about a percentage point, but still far closer to their 52-week high. Volume was a bit more than average.
Universal Panel
Universal Panel (Nasdaq: PANL) was downgraded to HOLD from Buy at Canaccord Genuity. PANL shares were down 18% on four times normal volume. The stock was still in the upper third of its 52-week trading range.
